GNi demain (now twice a month!)

You may have heard the rumour: the GNi will now happen twice a month (2nd and last Saturday), for twice the fun. As such, we have a couple announcements to make. Here:

1. We’re looking for volunteers! The more the merrier, sure, but imagine if we had enough people to run the shift every week. You have never touched a bike? Well, you’re more than welcome to learn everything about it while helping others. Contact us at girlsNightInRTM (at) gmail (point) com!

2. If you want to keep in the loop, you can either subscribe to our bi-monthly reminders at girlsNightInRTM (at) gmail (point) com or follow us on The Facebook.

3. The GNi is acutely aware of how “woman-identified folks only” is still not inclusive enough and would like to expand its definition to any gender-queer folks. If you’d like to be part of that discussion, again, send us an email – we’d love to hear your opinion.

Vous avez peut-être entendu la rumeur: le GNi aura maintenant lieu deux fois par mois (chaque 2e et dernier samedi)! Nous avons quelques annonces à faire:

1. Nous cherchons des bénévoles! Imaginez si on avait assez de bénévoles pour organiser un GNi chaque samedi du mois (un rêve). Tu n’as jamais touché à une bicyclette? Parfait! Viens apprendre à réparer un vélo en aidant quelqu’un. Si tu es intéressée, contacte nous à girlsNightInRTM (at) gmail (point) com

2. Si vous souhaitez rester informé-e, vous pouvez vous abonner à nos rappels bi-mensuels en nous contactant à girlsNightInRTM (at) gmail (point) com ou en devenant notre ami-e sur Le Facebook

3. L’équipe du GNi est bien consciente que le label “toute personne s’identifiant comme femme” n’est pas assez inclusif et nous aimerions étendre notre définition pour y inclure toute personne qui s’identifie comme gender-queer. Si vous aimeriez faire partie de cette discussion, contactez nous. Nous serions plus qu’heureuses d’entendre votre opinion.
